Job Description

We are seeking an individual to support and coordinate our small (under 10 associates) consulting firm.  Flexibility in scheduling your time will allow you to fit this job into your life with ease.
 
As a client services coordinator, you will provide organization and administrative support to the CEO and consultants to ensure efficient and quality delivery of talent management and career consulting services to client companies and individuals.  You’ll represent Career Momentum responding to the needs of clients and potential clients, both in-person and over the phone.  Your knowledge of professional services consulting, career coaching and outplacement services will assure your success as you respond to inquiries or inform potential clients about Career Momentum’s talent management services.  
 
In addition, you will:  initiate and maintain electronic and physical client records, assist in developing training and presentation materials, produce PowerPoint presentations, prepare for meetings, draft internal and external communications, develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, coordinate and design marketing and informational electronic and print media, and actively participate as a team member contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and meeting business needs.

  • strong computer skills with proficiency in advanced word processing, Microsoft applications and spreadsheet applications
  • strong English grammar and spelling skills
  • the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • the ability and motivation to engage callers in conversations that will quickly yield information in order to match their needs with appropriate services
