Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise accounts payable staff
  • Assist with daily and cyclical close activities of accounts payable as well as some accounts receivable and general ledger transactions
  • Monitor the completion of timely and accurate invoices, payments and requests
  • Develop A/P and A/R policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Collaborate with other internal departments
  • Provide reports and analysis for management and/or other departments
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements

The Accounts Payable Supervisor reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible accounts payable experience and one to three years of supervisory experience. Experience with financial systems, reporting and analysis is preferred.
