Customer Service Manager CraftOptics – Madison, WI
Small, growing optical company looking for an extremely detail oriented Customer Service Manager to work directly with the owner. Located in the Capitol East neighborhood of Madison. The position will start in the spring of 2015.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service & Phone Sales, Office Management, Administrative Support, Trade Show Management
REQUIRED QUALITIES/SKILLS:
-Extraordinary customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
-Excellent Phone sales ability
-Manage incoming orders, approve & process orders
-High level of organization
-Must be comfortable working in a small company environment
-Able to multitask and prioritize work well
-Provide assistance to owner
-Very independent and resourceful: able to manage own work without supervision
-Ethical, dependable and trustworthy
-Schedule trade shows (30+) and trade show staffing, travel arrangements
-Order supplies for office and shows
-Some experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
-Some shipping and assembly as needed
-Possible social media assistance
-Previous customer service training preferred
-Optical experience (optician, etc.) preferred, ABO certified a plus
-Possible trade show sales
Type of Employment: Part to Full Time Hourly (30-40 hr/week, flexible hours available)
Required experience:
Previous customer service, optical / optician service: at least 1 year
